2019 OSHA Fine Increase

Despite the government shutdown, the Federal Register has published the increased rates for OSHA fines for 2019. Penalties assessed after today, January 23, will follow the new penalty structure. Rates are reassessed every year based on inflation rates, no later than January 15.
